    Project

    Do you have a specific event or project that you want to design and deliver from the ground up?

    I work with you to map out your ideas and plans, determine the legacy of your event; and how we design the programme, platform and process to get your delegates/event attendees to utilise their genius. We will work together on a fixed term basis, with an agreed number of days to complete the project.

    Retainer

    No specific project or event, or a host of smaller projects and events that you need support with?

    Need to grow your team, but can't commit to full time positions yet, or don't need them all year round? No problem. I'll join you as an 'unofficial' team member for a minimum of three months and work with you to build out your projects, processes and events. Use my time as you need – whether it's designing events, delivering projects, or as the ear you need to bend before your other half goes crazy with you asking them!

    Strategy Day

    If you've got an event in mind, but it’s a jumble of ideas, questions and goals, we'll spend the day together to make it all into a full and precise plan.

    We'll use project management tools to structure what you want to create and you will leave the session with a full project plan, budget template and any other bespoke created strategies that you need. For example, I recently worked with a client to devise a full sponsorship package and strategy to raise capital for their event and make it accessible to a specific audience.

    Power Hour

    "Can I pick your brain?" Absolutely! Book in a Power Hour and I will gladly give you any ideas, insight or connections that will help solve a problem, meet an objective or hit a target.
